We rolled up just a little late to the Dewar’s/Let Out afterparty, but then we got some whiskey and chatted. Have you ever been to Arrow Bar? Us neither before the other night. It’s tight! Got floor tiles like a mom kitchen and the back has a dance floor where you can work it out. So we did. Liv Spencer of DFA’s Still Going and more recently of major duo House of House was playing a combo of bass heavy rock, foot stomping disco and a little touch of funk. We ran into him grabbing a bite at a Vietnamese place after the Dewar’s ran out, and he said he was going to Costa Rica the next day for vacation. We’re glad someone is still living the life.
