Since it’s still too cold to flash a little ankle or break out the breezy spring jacket just yet, the dregs of our winter wardrobes are boring us to tears right now. How do we usher in a little seasonal optimism with the heavy boots, thick socks and coats we’ve been wearing since last year? Budapest has it figured out, cross-fertilizing winter palettes with springy hues like pick-me-up pink tights and headwraps.
