All Points West just added Jay-Z as its Friday night headliner along with Yeah Yeah Yeahs and Vampire Weekend, with My Bloody Valentine, MGMT, Coldplay, Echo & The Bunnymen and many others filling the stages set on the Hudson River in New Jersey on Saturday and Sunday. And believe it or not, it is not supposed to monsoon on any of those days.
