Kurt Vile Performs on WFMU

Yesterday Kurt Vile and the Violators performed live at the WFMU studio for Brian Turner’s show. They somehow managed to break strings, noodle like guitar store regulars and play a loping live version of Childish Prodigy opener “Hunchback” with Vile sounding uncannily like a deadpan J. Mascis. You can conveniently skip right to Vile’s portion of the show, but Turner plays a bunch of jams before it so you might as well go along for the ride.
