Video: Tanlines, "Three Trees"

Rollercoasters are gross. But hey, if you want to puke at 10AM, be our guest. At least you can soundtrack your ralphing with Tanlines, who sound like they've been spending a lot of time listening to the mambo and reggaeton of La Mega on new track, "Three Trees." But they record in Greenpoint, a distinctly Polish neighborhood, not necessarily the place in Brooklyn you would expect to hear Latin sounds seeping out car windows in early September. But, as if to bring us back to his own roots, former Storm and Stress member/current Tanlines member Eric Emm employs outro a la a good old days-style guitar nerd outro. Math rock is an ethnic genre now, too.
