Faust was amazing...but if a set like the one Cold Cave played is more your bag there's no question at all why you wanted to "gouge your eyes out" during Faust. You were seeing people actually put on a show and not pose themselves perfectly so their outfit, rings and haircut can be oggled by the audience. Every Faust show is completely different...what you suffered through many others appreciated as a completely unique and exilerating experience.
