When we first heard “Ambling Alp” we thought that maybe Yeasayer had abandoned its previous visions of a horrifying apocalypse in favor of straight love songs. But based on this video—which features singer Chris Keating getting a really intense face massage while singing, a bunch of naked people maybe being herded around a desert, and the rest of the band’s faces being detached from their bodies and zooming closer to other people’s faces on a weird skin/body aura (or something?) trail—proves otherwise. If this is what the Mayan Apocalypse is going to be like, count us out. We were totally in before though. (via P4K)
