Jay-Z is the best rapper alive. Head and shoulders above Em and Wayne, who I’d put at 2 and 3. Jay’s wordplay, the wide number of subjects he raps about, and the catchiness of his songs all make him the best. He goes harder than anybody when he has to, but he’s so good he can also bury you with one dope song without even going that hard, like D.O.A. Eminem and Weezy are pretty close to a tie for number two. I’m a huge Em fan but I’d give the edge to Wayne.
