We won't pretend to suddenly know everything there is to know about metal, but this trailer for Tony Stone's new film Severed Ways: The Norse Discovery of America, which features a soundtrack including Morbid Angel, Burzum, Dimmu Borgir, Judas Priest et al, just made us put on a wig and a sleeveless denim jacket and skulk out into the hallway to NOT LOOK PEOPLE IN THE FACE. Feel our heaviness (if you have a minute). For real, Stone's film is an independent epic about Vikings exploring early North America and was filmed on a shoestring and off the grid in Vermont. He also stars in it and lives up there in the woods for part of the year, so don't expect some pretty boy shit in here, this dude built a church just to burn it down. Loony. And awesome.
