Christian Marclay, Real Estate and Forth Estate Make an Art Baby

And you are the baby. Well, sort of. If you’re around New York City this Saturday, make your way over to MoMA’s sister museum PS1. Up on the third floor Christian Marclay‘s piece “2822 Records” is installed, which is essentially a room filled with vinyl LPs as carpeting. Print collective Forth Estate will be set up in the room from 4 to 7, taking the jackets from the LPs and silkscreening them for you to take home. As a finale, our favorite Jersey sons Real Estate will be performing. Friend of The FADER, Rezound, will also be DJing. However you feel when you show up, you’ll leave a happy baby.

    hehe great. Now that’s art!

  2. Very good article. I think most people underestimate the hole we are in. In our lifetime real estate will not be as profitable as a couple of years ago.
