Maybe we're just not aware of it, but you'd think there'd be a lot more spacey dance jams coming out of Italy considering the whole italo disco thing. Whatever the case, we now have Welcome Back Sailors, who probably recorded this song while laying in hammocks and smoking joints next to a really picturesque body of water. Maybe they didn't actually. Either way, it is eminently listenable and fun.
