Jewelry designer Carly Margolis has been giving after school workshops for the Hester Street Collaborative, an organization created to support under-served neighborhoods in New York City. The results of the new project are now up for sale on the All for the Mountain website, with all the proceeds going towards the HSC. Working with wax to make their own molds, the girls interweave their cosmic castings with colorful strands of fabric, making necklaces that double up as headbands. Muumuus and magic carpets are optional.
