If you happened to walk by Bloomingdales on Lexington Avenue recently, you might have noticed something wacky happening in the windows. It was people! And they were making art! They turned out to be MFA students, hand-selected to create shoe-inspired art for two weeks in July for the debut of the Jenny Holzer Collection of Keds at Bloomies. Though their live display in the windows has come to a close, the paintings produced there will make their way over to the Whitney Museum tomorrow at 7pm for the second night of the Whitney Live series, featuring Bear Hands and Darlings. And stay tuned for more coverage of the Whitney Live series on FADER TV.
