BBC1 brought super-producer collective Magnetic Man (Skream, Benga and Artwork), super-young Katy B and a super-normal-looking string section in for a live version of “Perfect Stranger,” which is officially out now on Rinse. It starts up and the synths are creeping around and there’s something secret going on behind their wall of laptops and the drums roll in. There’s a shot right before one minute, and we’re not saying Katy B looks nervous, but we were kinda. And she just belts it out, it’s gigantic. Watching this video is like being five feet tall and punching a million brick walls. Hang on, we need to go outside and run two marathons. Hopefully it will start pouring and we can look at the rain and turn it into ice, oh god we feel so strong right now.
