"Hip Notic" is from French producer Mikix the Cat's new EP Girls Keep Wondering, out this week on Trouble and Bass. It is, indeed troublesome, but not wildly bassy, preferring to get deep by being steamy. It also prefers to get its name by sampling Ciara. Which is awesome.
