Video: Kelly Rowland f. Lil Wayne, “Motivation”

April 05, 2011

"Motivation" is a sophisticated ambrosial crafted by Jim Jonsin and Rico Love for second ranking Destiny's Child angel Kelly Rowland's forthcoming summer album. The video doesn't spoil it's appeal. Kelly looks incredible, even with a curtain ruffle draped over her chest and some kind of robe cardigan on top of that. There's chairs to dance in and a basement-version of Britney's "I'm A Slave 4 U" group schvitz, but no superhuman dance moves or "sometimes I want to be fucked" leather slapping—Kelly just rides it at her pace. She asked Wayne to hop on at a Heat game, says of his verse that, "he went into the studio and just did it. I don't think it takes much for Wayne to think. He just does it. He's so admirable." We don't wanna feel our legs, either.
