Live: High Society Goes Apeshit for Kanye and Jay-Z at MOMA

We were not invited to the MOMA's annual Party in the Garden last night. But lots of people were—700 folks for dinner and 1500 guests at Kanye West's epic after-party performance. It was glamorous, everyone was smoking. MOMA raised four million dollars. Partygoers rumored that Kanye is the first artist to actually request to play the MOMA party. The stage on which he performed was surrounded by a ring of new orange tulips, all crushed by night's end. Ye mostly stayed away from MBDTF, but hit classics like "Jesus Walks" and "Stronger." Then Jay-Z got on stage and everyone (Aziz Ansari, Karen O, Caramanica, Chloë Sevigny) went bananas. Where was Beyonce hiding?
