Yesterday, we wrapped up our Gimme The Look contest, where we challenged you all to envision and illustrate a Notorious BIG FADER cover. A couple months back, we asked the same thing of Seymour Chwast, an art/illustration/design/everything hero of epic proportions. Few things have intimidated us more in our lives than going to his Greenwich Village studio to pick up the woodblock print that he hand-carved for FADER 73. He showed us how the cover print was made, some of his vintage work, and told us why he loves motorcycles but doesn't ride them.
