No idea what Tupac—who dedicated “Keep Ya Head Up” to Latasha Harlins, a 15 year old girl who was killed during the LA riots following the Rodney King trial—would have thought of Meek Mill‘s claim that Philly is “the new Iraq.” Are things really that rough in Fishtown?
