Secret Colors’ Group Tightener Mix MP3

July 07, 2011

Today I celebrated my birthday and signed a lease on a new and better apartment. I'm still at work, but I've consumed a fair bit of champagne. In total mental essence, chilling. And honestly, it's hard finding a more appropriate mix for being a little overheated and not doing anything but feeling great than this gem from Seattle's Secret Colors (with help from former band member Casey Catherwood). There are MULTIPLE instances of pan flute, tiger roars, "For He's A Jolly Good Fellow" and a fucked up record rip of a Gary Lewis song. It's an ideal soundtrack for leaving the office to set up folding beach chairs in your new backyard. Secret Colors' vinyl full-length debut Water Mirror is available for pre-order now.
