Sarah Williams’ Surreal Second Season

August 01, 2011

In an interview last year, Sarah Williams told us she was temporarily giving up the queer shapes of Williams British Handmade, a line for which she made suitcases that dripped like Dali's clocks, to take a proper paying job in the luggage industry. But the pull of experimentation must be strong: less than a year later, Williams is back to her old tricks. This season, she has a case that looks like a piece of macaroni, and two separate items that fit together like jigsaw puzzle pieces. (via Style Bubble)
