Everything is fair game for Huntsville, Alabama producers Block Beattaz: Robert Miles, tATu, the list could go on. But for now, it’s worth noting that they sampled Tame Impala, which is actually bananas but somehow manages to work perfectly. Not surprised at all though, when have Block Beattaz ever let us down? But the unofficial Australia-Huntsville connection isn’t good just because of that, G-Side and Stalley tackle the beat as well as we’d expect them to (plus the inclusion of Stalley means there’s a surreal moment where we’re listening to a Maybach Music drop over a Tame Impala guitar loop). Also Joi Tiffany sounds like an old woman when she sings on this song. Writing that out probably makes that seem like a bad thing, but it isn’t at all.
