These were the second-best debut sales this year, almost equal to Lady Gaga's. Dwayne Carter turned 29 yesterday. He got birthday tweets from Birdman, Drake and Nicki Minaj. His daughter bought him a ukulele and a gumball machine. Leopard jeggings and all, Lil Wayne is finally a bankable pop star. In this way, he and nail polish magnate Justin Bieber are peers. Last night, JB gifted Wayne this cover of his multi-genre radio hit "How to Love." Halfway through, he pauses to rap, We could grow old together/ Share our soul together/ Find out how to love/ Kiss and hug/ How to to roll together. When will Bieber's pop/rap album come out?
