Only some omniscient music higher power could answer our endless questions about what would have happened if GLC became a rap megastar, but we can tell you right now that we have absolutely no problem listening to him in his current incarnation, which is basically a smooth-talking, stoned armchair philosopher, except we'd maybe replace the armchair with an old Coupe de Ville. "Show You What This ISM Do" is a new track that sits comfortably next to "I Ain't Even On Yet" in the laidback jam category, which GLC could one day be king of.
