Ever since Tip became a superstar his increasingly rare great verses have almost always been his wordy and high energy ones. “Hear Ye, Hear Ye” marks the first time in a long time that he actually proves to motivate while kicking a more laid back flow. Maybe he should extend the king/crown/castle metaphors into a full on medieval rap album. He can come out rocking the chain mail like the Dungeon Family and the Krown Rulers did prior. But does Skateboard P outrap him here?

More Pharrell rapping than I ever would have guessed, but both he and Tip killed their verses.
