Video: Zaytoven, “Shoez”


Though the recent trend of trap rap producers turning into trap rappers themselves isn't exactly ideal (necessary though, given the lack of actual albums dropping, and the lack of actual royalties that come with that), any new material from the man responsible for some of Gucci Mane's best work is welcome material. There's just something so joyous about Zaytoven’s production style, a call back to the pre-Luger reign moment when rap music was still happy sometimes. And the drunken Future AutoTune of the second, unidentified rapper complements the style well.
