Growing up with workout infomercials that are generally sparkly affairs littered with disco music makes this serene video of Justin Vernon bka Bon Iver’s foray into back exercises for his sciatica even more placid. There's probably a "Workout Plan" joke here, but we'll save it for when a different My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy collaborator comes out with something more flashy.
