TMZ reported this morning on Gucci Mane‘s child support settlement, in which he will be given visitation rights and pay $2000 a month to his son’s mother. In their fact finding they credited (though did not link to) unspecified court papers claiming Gucci Mane officially pulls in $24,908 per month, which equals out to $298,896 per year. Which definitely puts him in 1% territory, though far away from being the Warren Buffet of Atlanta. Who knows how accurate that number is, or what unclaimed cash he may earn. Either way, it speaks both to the decline of music sales and the decline of quality Gucci Mane music.

to o-dot: child support is usually spent on rent, food, clothes, health care, school costs, and insurances. once all that is covered, there is usually less than none left. custody is has become a two-parent cooperative relationship. women aren’t buying thousand dollar outfits with child support. those women who do usually lose custody, and they’re assholes, anyway.
