Brooklyn duo Sleigh Bells are known for the electro-spasm guitars and hardcore cooing of their debut album, Treats. But on “Born to Lose,” the first single from follow-up, Reign of Terror, the band favors more methodical rhythms and clearer, lush vocals from singer, Alexis Krauss. The shouted gang vocals on its hook will probably wail from the throats of Sleigh Bells’ fans, especially when the band embarks on a full tour of Florida with Diplo and Liturgy in February.
