More than a decade into a prolific career, Sean Paul is now in the business of producing. Following his debut Blaze Fia riddim comes the Material Riddim. Filmed in Kingston, this ten-minute video medley, directed by Mykal Cushine and choreographed by Tanisha Scott, gathers 13 of the riddim’s performers, shoe-loving Ce’Cile, crunk-baritone Future Fambo and craggy-voiced lover Laden among them. Their Material Riddim tracks are available on iTunes now; Sean Paul’s new album, Tomahawk Technique, is due in February.
