While Suga Free and Pomona Pimpin Young’s Thunder & Lightning has yet to surface, a mixtape entitled We Do the Work arrived earlier this week. Its highlight is a Suga Free solo outing over the Nappy Roots’ “Good Day”, where the rapper is forced to maintain his optimism in the face of frustration. Thankfully the chirpy piano loop gives his story a suitably comical swagger.
