Unicorn Kid, "Pure Space" MP3

Unicorn Kid, the endlessly endearing producer whose jubilant synth work most sonically resembles the curves of a Cheshire grin, has released his first new material of the year with the instrumental single "Pure Space," a slightly reworked version of "Dolphin Dance," which triumphantly closed out our FADER #78 podcast (read his profile from that issue here). Extra-excitingly, he has announced his full-length debut, due "late 2012" on longtime Liverpool dance label 3beat, home to a number of assured Unicorn Kid favorites like Pianoman and Angel City, and the UK home of Duck Sauce. Next week Unicorn Kid will join Major Lazer on their UK tour; dates are below the track, which will be available for download for one week.
