Before we watched El-P take the stage and cause the lights to flash red at Converse Rubber Tracks, we were lucky to be some of the first to witness Asher Roth perform with a band; a bassist, keyboard player and drummer to be precise. They sounded good and we could tell Roth was feeling it too, as demonstrated by some serious headbang jamming.
