Stream: Jay-Z, “100$ Bill”


Jay-Z, NYC mayor Michael Bloomberg’s favorite example of the American Dream’s vitality, calls himself a new Kennedy on “100$ Bill,” the opener of The Great Gatsby soundtrack he executive produced.     Ah decent track, but I really, really love “Open Letter”–definitely my favorite hip-hop song at the moment, since, well, U.O.E.N.O. probably. Actually I’m really just happy that I am even discussing a “new Jay-Z track”–feels great to just utter those words.

    Oh and btw fwiw, there’s also an “Open Letter Pt. 2″ out there in the interwebs, with a little action from Common no less. Highly recommended.
