Interview: Vampire Weekend

Modern Vampires of the City, Vampire Weekend's long-awaited third album, debuted at number one on the Billboard charts this week and is probably still seeping into the hearts and minds of the band's fanbase. With 134k copies sold it's the band's biggest debut to date, the bros having come quite a way since the days of their Wayfarer/boat shoe aesthetic setting off armchair critics across the internet. Not too long ago, they stopped by FADER offices to talk about how things have changed for them—and music and fashion in general—and also speculate on illuminati tennis courts.
