"Dogtown" is a nickname for the Germantown neighborhood in Philadelphia that Theodore Grams hails from. You can see some of it in the video above, but maybe more importantly, you can see Grams in glow in the dark paint in a scene reminiscent of that bastion of rap video innovation, "Put Your Hands Where My Eyes Can See." Grams, who produces as well as raps is already working on a proper album but his Dog Whistle 2 mixtape is available now.
