Miami's Jacuzzi Boys seems to exist on the janglier, more psych-informed side of the garage rock spectrum, where sugary harmonies and earworm riffs are valued over all-out raucousness. "Be My Prism" is their scuzzy ode to sleepy, summertime love: I want to see the things you've seen, sings Gabriel Alcala over sneering guitars and steady, blown-out percussion. By the time it reaches its euphoric final section —complete with horns—you're reminded of the way infatuation can make everything a little bit hazy. The track is off their forthcoming self-titled LP, out September 10th via Hardly Art.
