Video: Migos, “Versace”

If there’s any song this year that calls for an extremely literal video treatment, it’s Migos’ “Versace,” and director Gabriel Hart delivers just that. Quavo and Takeoff gallivant around an insanely lavish Miami mansion, surrounded by Versace-swathed models and an errant cheetah. It’s notably Drake-free, but Donatella Versace shows up for a quick cameo. Oh, and halfway through there’s a “Hannah Montana” intermission, complete with a Miley-themed twerkfest. It’s basically Migos: The Musical.

the visual aspect of this video is really cool. also, the Bedloo app that’s featured for a quick second is awesome. they wrote a post on their blog about the video, it was cool to see the behind the scenes aspect of the whole thing.

This is one of the hottest videos in 2013! The Migos did not need Drake to make this song or video HOT. Hats off to everyone who played a part of this video. The concept was different and classy. Happy to see a rap video without naked women and dollars flying.
