The first-ever YouTube Music Awards were filmed Sunday night in New York. M.I.A, Eminem, Lady Gaga, Arcade Fire, Avicii and Earl Sweatshirt and Tyler the Creator performed; Eminem, Girls Generation, Taylor Swift and Macklemore and Ryan Lewis took home awards. Watch a handful of videos from the show, including M.I.A.'s glow-in-the-dark rendition of "Come Walk With Me," Eminem's minimal "Rap God" performance, Earl and Tyler doing "Sasquatch," Arcade Fire's "live music video" for Reflektor track "Afterlife," which starred actress Greta Gerwig and Avicii's live video, which starred Vanessa Hudgens, was directed by Spike Jonze and Chris Milk and written by Lena Dunham.
