"Mountain," the latest from Migos, is essentially their version of R. Kelly's "I Believe I Can Fly." The trio have developed something of a signature collaborative style with Zaytoven—the producer responsible for "Versace" and a significant portion of the rest of their Y.R.N. tape—but "Mountain" completely breaks from that pattern. Zay's soft side is on display and Migos sets aside their usual meme-friendly repetition to wax inspirational about their struggle to the top. This is their most earnest track since Y.R.N.'s "Thank You God.".
