Between unveiling their fall '14 collection and dressing Spike Jonze for the Oscars, Kenzo had a pretty big Hollywood-friendly weekend. The fashion house, helmed by Opening Ceremony's Huberto Leon and Carol Lim, tapped David Lynch to design the set and soundtrack their runway show for fall. “I wanted to try and get a different feel for a runway show, having mystery and emotion swimming together,” Lynch told Dazed, which meant creating a gigantic warped bust in the middle of the runway for the models to walk around. And the very next day, Kenzo teamed up with another filmmaker, Spike Jonze, on a custom tux he wore to pick up his Academy Award for Best Original Screenplay for Her. With all these hits, looks like Kenzo deserves a little gold statue all their own. Check out Spike looking fly above and photos of the set and fall collection below.
