The Mixpak-signed producer sends another sugar-spun song spiraling into the world.

UPDATE: In keeping with the futuristic biker aesthetic of the album art (above), Palmistry just unveiled the below, vapor-laden clip for the track, directed by Benjy Keating himself with help from Daniel Swan.

You gimme that something / Much more than just one thing, Londoner Benjy Keating, aka Mixpak signed producer Palmistry, sings breathily on his new single "Protector SE5." Building on the sugar-spun take on dancehall that he showcased with last year's "Catch," it's a delicate lil' thing that packs a heartfelt punch (and it's catchy as hell). It makes me think of that idiom about holding the things you value lightly, cos if you grip too tight you might just squish 'em. Having just produced the latest Triad God single and been repped by Dubbel Dutch, it feels like it shouldn't be too long before we hear something more substantial from Palmistry.
