thestand4rd has a thing for funny names. Besides its members employing monikers as bugged as "Spooky Black" and "Bobby Raps," the St. Paul, MN-based crew switched up the stylizing of their own umbrella, and celebrated yesterday by releasing a warm, fuzzy R&B posse cut with a title like a 3am text. The much beloved and misunderstood teenaged Spooky delivers a ghostly hook on top of joyful funk, while Bobby and Allan both lament being forced to choose between music and love.
