Hear Willow Smith’s Heavy Cover of King Krule’s “Easy Easy”

Willow Smith was born on Halloween in the year 2000. If there's any starting point for the improbable story of Black Hollywood heiress turned post-punk leaning, astral-planing wunderkind, it's that one. After contributing the whipsy "8" to Kitty Cash's Love The Free II mixtape, the thirteen-year-old just released a hazy cover of King Krule's "Easy Easy", tackling the fairly dark cut with dead-eyed ease: Well they just want you for your dough, man I'm sure I told you so, she apes affectionately. We really hope she's playing the chords, too.
