Watch Sinkane’s Sunny and Infectious “How We Be” Video

If you’re feeling a bit blue today as this summer draws to a close, here's something to lift your spirits. Sinkane, the project of Sudanese musician Ahmed Gallab, has unveiled a gorgeous and literally sunny clip for his latest single “How We Be." Accompanied by music that is a blend of African rhythms, jazzy hip-hop, and funky soul straight out of the Curtis Mayfield playbook, the breathtaking “How We Be” video features Sinkane grooving along with a group of dancers from New York and Boston performing graceful choreography. The new video—which follows the previous single, "Hold Tight" from Sinkane’s recent album Mean Love—arrives as the artist is in the midst of his European tour, which will be followed by dates in the US starting on October 5th in Brooklyn. In the meantime, check out this groovy FADER mix that Sinkane made for us recently.
