This past Friday marked the beginning of Sennheiser's Golden Ear Hunt in NYC. In case you missed the announcement, they've secretly put up Golden Ear posters in a bunch of stores in downtown Manhattan, redeemable for a free pair of headphones at their pop-up shop, the Golden Ear Palace at 1 Rivington Street, NYC, NY 10002. That shop is now in full swing, waiting for you to find and turn in those posters. It has other things to offer, too: not only can you learn more about the scavenger hunt and try out pair of their new headphones, the Urbanites, you can also take a dip in a clawfoot bathtub, take an "ear selfie" in the polaroid corner for posterity, and see the Ear from their commercial. Another thing: soon there's going to be another Golden Ear Hunt, this time in London between October 20 and November 2. Some clues will be made available at Sennheiser-Urbanite.com, so be sure to stay stay in the loop.
