Last night, Rick Ross delivered—by way of the great Funk Flex—the much-anticipated Timbaland-produced Jay Z collaboration off Hood Billionaire. Hov is relegated to hook duty, but Ross does his best to regale with tales of his hustle. Grammy nominated once, but I'm still movin' bass, he claims, which is true: his second album of the year, Hood Billionaire—which will also feature appearances by R. Kelly, Snoop Dogg, Big K.R.I.T., Lil Boosie, Project Pat, and K. Michelle—is out November 24 on Def Jam.
