Come for the cute skit, stay for the fire song.

One thing that's always so appealing about HBK Gang releases is the joy the crew seems to get out of working together. This video for Kool John's "Next Day," a Iamsu! collaboration off his Shmop City tape, is no exception. Within, Kool John, HBK's CJ, and 'Su play a band of delivery men, with CJ and Su acting as model employees. Kool, meanwhile, finds himself more interested in what his manager calls "reefer sticks" than getting the job done. "I'm the stoner and stoners are never the greatest employees," explained Kool John in an email to FADER. "We always are slacking or not taking the job as serious as others employees. Su and CJ just seem like they would be perfect employees—I look like a guy who don't care, haha." But rest assured, what he lacks in delivery boy work ethic, he makes up for in bars and charisma. Check it out above, and get Shmop City here.
