TROY NoKA hails from Texas and sounds like it. After producing on Frank Ocean's nostalgia, ULTRA, NoKA cast out for a series of consistent solo tapes: the beats on Gotta Rep The Town deliver soulful trunk music, and NoKA raps well about life behind the wheel in his home state. "The album is an expression of my journey, the good and even some of the most difficult times I've been through," NoKA explains.
