Salva Premieres Dance-y “No Type” Edit

Listen to a preview of the Los Angeles-based producers forthcoming edit pack.

January 27, 2015

Heads up! Salva has plans to drop a ten-pack of edits—including re-rubs of Drake, A$AP Mob, Bobby Shmurda, Future, and more—tomorrow. To build anticipation, the Los Angeles-based producer has broken off a preview: a dance-y reworking of Rae Sremmurd's "No Type," that employs a flip of TWRK's remix of the song and a b-more beat from Paris producer Dehousey. "I knew 'No Type' was gonna be a hit as soon as I heard those chords in the intro," Salva tells FADER. "When I DJ, I want to be able to flip into dance shit at any minute so this edit works perfect." New Yorkers can experience that very moment he's speaking of IRL at Webster Hall on February 13; tickets for that show are on sale here. And watch for the rest of the project, which arrives Wednesday.
